FINALCAPTURE LEGAL
Privacy Policy
Effective August 19, 2026
This policy reflects FinalCapture’s current product design: job photos stay on the user’s device until the user chooses to export or upload them to the company’s connected Google Drive.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, authentication identifiers, and session information.
- Company information: company name, plan, role, invitations, brand colors, logo, and setup status.
- Billing information: subscription status and billing references from Stripe. FinalCapture does not store full payment-card numbers.
- Job information: ZIP code, address label, clean type, local draft status, and other labels entered by users.
- Photos: job photos are stored in the browser on the user’s device while a job is in progress. When a user chooses Drive upload, the generated files are sent to the Google Drive connected by that company’s owner.
- Technical information: device, browser, IP address, logs, errors, and security events needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure accounts; create company workspaces; preserve job drafts; generate branded photos; upload files at the user’s direction; manage trials and subscriptions; troubleshoot issues; prevent abuse; communicate about the service; and comply with law.
Google Drive data
FinalCapture requests Google Drive access only after the company owner chooses to connect an account. The connection is used to create and upload FinalCapture job files for that company. Access credentials are encrypted at rest. Company owners can disconnect Drive from the workspace and can revoke access in their Google Account. FinalCapture does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
Where information is stored
Account, company, team, trial, and subscription records are stored by FinalCapture’s hosting providers. Company logos are stored in managed object storage. Active job drafts and source photos are stored locally in the user’s browser. Completed files uploaded to Drive are stored in the company’s own Google account and are governed by that company’s retention and sharing settings.
How we share information
We share information with service providers that help us provide authentication, hosting, storage, payments, support, security, and Google Drive upload functionality. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and company records while the account is active and as reasonably needed for billing, security, support, and legal obligations. Users control device-local job drafts through Finish Job or Start Over. Company owners control files saved in their Google Drive. Requests to close an account or delete eligible account data may be sent to support.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including access controls and encryption for sensitive Google credentials. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Company owners should promptly remove former workers and revoke lost devices.
Your choices
You may update company information in the workspace, disconnect Google Drive, clear job drafts, cancel a subscription, or request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting us. Legal rights vary by location.
Children and changes
FinalCapture is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy and will post a new effective date. Material changes apply prospectively.
