FINALCAPTURE BILLING

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective August 19, 2026

Seven-day trial

A company may try FinalCapture for seven days without entering a payment card. The trial does not automatically charge you. To continue after the trial, the company owner must select a plan and affirmatively complete checkout.

Cancel anytime

The company owner may cancel a paid subscription at any time by contacting support. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Paid access normally remains available through the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Monthly and annual charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law. We will correct duplicate charges, billing errors, and unauthorized charges reported promptly. If a material service failure prevents meaningful use and support cannot resolve it, contact us within 14 days of the charge so we can review the circumstances.

Plan changes

Upgrades may take effect immediately and may be prorated at checkout. Downgrades normally take effect at the next renewal so existing access is not removed mid-period.

After cancellation

Before access ends, export any records you need and confirm completed images are in your company Drive. Canceling FinalCapture does not delete files already saved in your Google Drive. Device-local unfinished jobs remain controlled by the browser and device where they were created.

Billing help
